Return Policy

Limited Edition Prints - Change of Mind
We accept returns on limited edition prints within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at studio@annie-pritchard-art.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been dispatched, please email us your tracking number so we can monitor its progress. Upon receipt and inspection, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

Limited Edition Prints - Damaged or Faulty Items
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@annie-pritchard-art.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Original Artworks - All original artwork sales are final. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece. Collectors are encouraged to review all artwork details carefully prior to purchase. Additional images or information can be provided upon request.

Incorrect Orders - If you receive the wrong item, please contact studio@annie-pritchard-art.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
