Limited Edition Prints Production
All limited edition prints are printed to order by our professional print partner on Hahnemühle Photo Cotton Rag 308gsm — one of the world's most trusted fine art papers. Please allow 3 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

International Shipping, Customs & Import Duties
All international orders shipped from our fulfilment partner in Australia are sent via Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) terms. This means that the product prices and shipping fees displayed at checkout do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by your destination country.

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Annie Pritchard is not responsible for these charges.

Your Responsibilities as the Importer:

  • Payment of Fees: As the recipient, you are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying all local VAT, GST, customs duties, and courier handling fees required by your country’s customs office to release the package.
  • Refused Deliveries: If you refuse to pay the incoming customs fees and the package is abandoned or returned to our fulfilment partner, any costs incurred for return shipping or processing will be deducted from your final refund (if a refund is applicable under our return policy).
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by local customs clearance procedures or international border processing times.
We highly recommend checking your local government’s import thresholds and tax rates (such as the UK’s 20% VAT or the EU’s local VAT rates) before completing your purchase so you are fully aware of any potential fees on delivery.

Transit times are in addition to production times.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard shipping: $17 AUD (orders under $100) — estimated transit time 3–7 business days
  • Free standard shipping: orders $100 and over — estimated transit time 3–7 business days
  • Express shipping: $24 AUD — estimated transit time 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard international: $52 AUD - estimated transit time 5–15 business days
  • Express international: $66 AUD - estimated transit time 3–12 business days

Estimated international transit times vary depending on your country of destination. Please allow additional time for customs clearance. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Annie Pritchard accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.

Original Artworks
Original artworks are available for local pickup only at The Lawns, Manuka, ACT. Originals are not available for shipping. If you would like to discuss an alternate arrangement, please contact me.
