These Terms & Conditions apply to all original artworks prints of original artworks sold by Annie Pritchard (the 'Artist'), operating in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. By purchasing an artwork, you agree to the following terms.

Payment and Securing Artwork
Payment is required within 24 hours upon receipt of invoice to secure the artwork. All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping, Customs & Import Duties
All international orders shipped from our fulfillment partner in Australia are sent via Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) terms. This means that the product prices and shipping fees displayed at checkout do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by your destination country.

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Annie Pritchard is not responsible for these charges.

Your Responsibilities as the Importer:
  • Payment of Fees: As the recipient, you are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying all local VAT, GST, customs duties, and courier handling fees required by your country’s customs office to release the package.
  • Refused Deliveries: If you refuse to pay the incoming customs fees and the package is abandoned or returned to our fulfillment partner, any costs incurred for return shipping or processing will be deducted from your final refund (if a refund is applicable under our return policy).
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by local customs clearance procedures or international border processing times.
We highly recommend checking your local government’s import thresholds and tax rates (such as the UK’s 20% VAT or the EU’s local VAT rates) before completing your purchase so you are fully aware of any potential fees on delivery.

Limited Edition Prints Production times
All limited edition prints are printed to order. Please allow 3 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Limited Edition Prints Transit times
Estimated international transit times vary depending on your country of destination. Please allow additional time for customs clearance. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Annie Pritchard accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.

Original Artworks
Original artworks are available for local pickup only at The Lawns, Manuka, ACT. Originals are not available for shipping. If you would like to discuss an alternate arrangement, please contact me.

Colour and Representation
Every effort is made to display artwork colours as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting and photography. These variations do not constitute a fault. 

Intellectual Property
All artworks remain the intellectual property of Annie Pritchard.  The Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to original artworks and any associated imagery unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Shipping & Delivery Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Annie Pritchard accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

Collection of Original Artworks Original artworks are available for local pickup only at The Lawns, Manuka, ACT. Following purchase, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to arrange a mutually convenient pickup time. Originals are not currently automated for shipping. If you would like to discuss an alternate arrangement please contact us. 

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. 

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
